Headphones

What is it with headphones nowadays? A matter of privacy? Respect? Or quality? In Munich I could count a hundred brands and models. This is just a sample. Everybody seems to want a pair. Some cost more and sound better than loudspeakers. I myself am a fan of planarmagnetics like Hifiman. But more on that in the last chapter: 'Rooms and Sounds'.
